Comprised of three 5 star hotels (Tulum, Akumal & Coba), a commercial center and the entertainment center "Hacienda Doņa Isabel" the hotel offers the best variety of services in the Caribbean.

Our All Inclusive system includes all meals, snacks, national drinks, wine and cocktails in restaurants and bars inside the resort 24 hours a day (the restaurants subject to restrictions). You will enjoy 3 dinners per week at our specialty restaurants with reservations. You will also enjoy the use of non-motorized water sports, towel service, beach umbrellas and hammocks at the pools and beach.

How to get there

Located less than one hour (by car) from Cancún airport and less than 30 minutes from Playa del Carmen, and 20 minutes from Tulum.

	From the airport head towards Chetumal on the federal highway. The resort is located at km 250. You can see the BAHIA PRINCIPE name from the road in large letters on your left hand side along with the buildings comprising Hacienda Doņa Isabel.
	You can use taxis or public buses to leave the hotel. Cars can also be hired from the offices of the car rental company located in Hacienda Doņa Isabel (Advantage Rent a Car)
