The Villa Group has announced that it
has successfully completed the purchase of oceanfront parcels in Punta
Cancun and on the bay of Ensenada Blanca in Loreto, Baja California Sur,
Mexico, and is now in the design and construction phase of destination
resorts in both locations. Upon completion of these four new properties, The
Villa Group resort portfolio will expand to 12.
“With the proven success of our Villa
La Estancia and Villa la Estancia brands in Cabo San Lucas and Puerto
Vallarta, our plan is to build these properties side by side in other
destinations,” said Owen Perry, one of The Villa Group’s owners. New
developments will be fashioned like the company’s self-contained resort
complex in Cabo San Lucas, where guests and owners of adjacent properties
have access to multiple restaurants, a health spa, fitness center, tennis
courts, a super market and other services.
The two distinctive property styles
have positioned The Villa Group as a company providing a compelling vacation
solution for a broad range of clients. Villa la Estancia offers versatility
as a hotel and timeshare resort, while Villa La Estancia is flexible with
fractional and full ownership opportunities, as well as vacation rentals for
high-end clientele.
“We’re one of the first companies to
successfully integrate all of these real estate and vacation products under
one umbrella,” Perry remarked.
“We’ve blended resort stays and vacation home ownership together, and have a
sales team in place to help our clients enhance their lifestyle in both
areas.”
Each of the oceanfront parcels in both
destinations offers easy access to safe swimming, snorkeling and other
water-bound activities. The Villa Group properties typically feature
dramatic ocean views and high-end amenities such as themed spas, conference
facilities, gourmet and specialty restaurants, landscaped walkways leading
to multiple freeform swimming pools with Jacuzzis, expansive beach areas and
on-site markets. Loreto will also include an 18-hole golf course.
Reflecting The Villa Group’s goal for
continued growth, the new developments will add to the company’s existing
60,000-plus timeshare
owners and expanding real estate client list. “We have established a
significant customer base of regular visitors who love our Villa la Estancia
and Villa La Estancia brands, and are confident that existing and new
customers will find these new Villa Group developments equally attractive,”
Perry added.
