From time to time, we may send you offers, from affiliated Baja Motion Tours Inc. companies. In addition, we may provide information we collect about you to third-party vendors to distribute promotions, sweepstakes, marketing surveys, focus groups, interviews and other opportunities offered by Baja Motion Tours Inc. These third-party vendors are subject to stringent data security and confidentiality requirements and, upon completion of their fulfillment services, all customer information is returned to Baja Motion Tours Inc. or destroyed.

How You Can Correct And/Or Limit Our Sharing Of Your Information

If you want Baja Motion Tours Inc. to keep all of your information confidential and not share it with any third party, please mail your written request to Baja Motion Tours Inc. 41 East 12^th, Street “G”, National City, CA 91950. Your request must include your name, phone number, and mailing address and must be signed. Please allow six weeks to process your request.

You can subscribe to or opt-out of Baja Motion Tours Inc.'s email products. Updates and communications or email products for which you have subscribed.
